A spicy workshop series for people navigating hormones, heat, rage, brain fog, libido shifts, and midnight Googling.
We will explore the
absolute audacity of perimenopause,
the feral ferocity of menopause, and the liberation that is post menopause.
Science-backed.
Shame-free.
Fun as hell.
Come learn what your body is doing, why it’s doing it, and how to thrive through the chaos with more knowledge, power, pleasure, and community.
Sweaty? Maybe.
Broken? Absolutely not

Come learn about your pieces parts “down there,” what they do, why they matter, and why nobody should’ve left us to figure this out through the whisper networks, gross STI pics, and late-night Googling.

From hormones come dryness, heat surges, libido shifts, mood swings, sleep sabotage, mystery rage, and more — let’s unpack what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how to work with your body instead of fighting it.

Because this chapter is not about fading away. It’s about confidence, pleasure, boundaries, advocacy, community, and learning how to thrive through the chaos with pleasure, humor, and brilliance intact.

As a native Daytonian, I'm a fan of local shops with personality. I also dig smart feisty chicks and troublemakers. Naturally, I follow Heart Mercantile on social media. I noticed a steady stream of endo system angst postings noting the countless indignities associated with peri / menopause. Frankly, I got tired of it. Not because I don't understand the need to piss, moan, and process but because these are intelligent, capable, resilient, and sassy women who have been clearly misinformed and are grossly uninformed...and that made me mad.

SO I thought to myself, "I can help! WE can co-navigate one of the most significant biological transitions of our lives *together*.
Let’s co-create a learning environment that is grounded in integrity, genuineness, curiosity, and accurate info so we can tackle tough topics that the patriarchy, purity culture, and generations of awkward silence didn't want you to know about.
This is not a confidential space.
It will be a supportive space where we giggle and feel all the feels. A lot.

We are going to talk real talk and real bodies doing real things.
I’m not your mom, your girlfriend, or your medical provider, so
I’m not going to tell you what you should think, feel, or believe.
However, I will tell you the Truth.
I am in my 34th year as a professional sex/ual/ity educator. I cite sources (dropping pearls, not tea).

I teach authentically and passionately and occasionally with the enthusiasm of someone who just connected the seemingly random dots on a giant hormonal conspiracy board.
Sometimes it won't be smooth because I get excited when the science clicks and the pieces start fitting together.
See what I did there?
